UPDATE: APRIL 1, 2009

I have just been retained indefinitely by WebQuest Inc. to act as an operations manager for a high profile client within the companies portfolio. I will not be available in the forseeable future to take on any projects.

I have a total of 11 years, full time in the adult internet space. I started in 1998 with a company in San Diego called Busty Amateurs. When the owner of Busty Amateurs decided to find God in 2002 I stuck around because it's what I love doing. Throughout the course of the next few years I was hired by the owner of Adult Check to work on some pet projects as a Project Leader. In 2005, I was hired to build a program with the owner of an already successful adult affiliate program Extreme Paychecks. For the next year I built RageCash, an adult affiliate program with 12 exclusive sites. As the Special Projects Leader, I led a team of designers, coders, video production team, and administrative staff. RageCash was launched and released to the world in October 2005. I stayed on to build the traffic base and generate revenue for the program though the completion of the contract. RageCash remains a successful adult affiliate program. In August of 2006 I was recruited to head up the rebuild of Shane Enterprise's online assests. I am currently serving as Director of Internet Operations for Shane Enterprises.

UPDATE: September 2007 - www.shanesworldonline.com has been relaunched. The existing business model was discarded, an inventory of assets was taken and applied to the current web arena and a new business model was developed. A promotional and marketing teaser campaign was accomplished and pre-release hype and buzz for the new program was accomplished. The existing video front end ShanesWorld.com was left in place as to not cannibalize the sites age and value to Internet search engines and traffic assets. All existing affiliate traffic to the old ShanesWorld.com was diverted to the new MPA tracking system on http://billing.shanesworldonline.com. Any existing traffic leaks (which were nurmerous on the old site) were sealed and affiliate traffic integrity was restored. The new business model addresses and exercises the power of the companies existing assets. One brand became 10 and increased the depth and expansion of the Shane's World brand.

UPDATE: February 2008 - Currently we are underway expanding the Shane's World traffic base via search marketing and traffic aggregation methods. My company, 1 Degree Left heads up and manages the traffic generation and search marketing aspects of the companies traffic interests.

My skillsets and experience lie in the following areas

•  Project Team Leader • 

•Communicate and coordinate with the entire production team to ensure that the program runs smoothly and efficiently.

Includes: Processors, Hosting Providers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Affiliates, Third Party Paymasters, Media Outlets and Advertising Channels, Strategic Partners, Internal Workforce, and any other parties that may come into the picture at any time.

•Maintain a positive, aggressive presence online and offline within the adult community. Maintain existing relationships and pursue new relationships that will benefit the brand.

•Work with leaders in online to develop strategic partnerships that benefit both brands.

•  Brand Manager • 

•Responsible for actively and aggressively promoting the brand online and offline to obtain new affiliates and strategic B2B partnerships.

•Maintain the integrity of the brand.

•Responsible for attaining mind share and market share from competitors with like niched products.

•Attend B2B functions and trade shows and develop promotional strategies for each unique event.

•Destroy the competition.

•  Affiliate Manager • 

•Work closely with the affiliates in the program. Build and maintain new and existing relationships with profitable affiliates.

•Troubleshoot technical problems and repair any issues that may be discovered.

•Constantly communicate with top affiliates to maintain a positive relationship and loyalty to the brand.

•  Traffic Manager • 

•Actively analyze and monitor all internet traffic for the program and determine the most profitable avenues for the traffic through the programs existing network and exit chains to other profitable programs.

•Filter and qualify traffic to the most profitable formula possible.

•Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the third party processor transaction statistics and payouts to the program.

This includes: All ad/traffic buying, PPC, CPA, CPM traffic sources, management programs,and Search Engine Optimization for the companies web portfolio.

•  Content Production and Management • 

•Manage the production schedule based on the budget allotted to the production of content at any given time.

•Ensure that the content is processed in a timely manner, and that it is in its proper place before the updates occur.

•Communicate directly with the content producers, graphic designers, gallery designers, and affiliates to ensure that the content is best utilized at every level.

•Manage the CMS and updates of a content to the members area.

•  Promotional Tools Development • 

•Develop and manage the promotional toolbox that affiliates use to promote the program.

•Responsible for developing promotional tools with the affiliate in mind. Manage the affiliate backend and CMS.

•  Customer Support • 

•Manage and supervise the customer support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and affiliate payout departments.
